The color didn’t really match the pics, imo. It’s not terrible, just not what I was expecting based on the listing

I reached out to support and just never heard back. Like, not even a quick “we’re looking into it.” Makes me wonder if there’s even a real customer service team over there or if messages just disappear into some secret black hole. Frustrating experience...

The bag itself looks really nice, and it’s not even about that, I actually like the style a lot. The issue is cleaning it. Dirt gets stuck in the corners, and wiping it down takes way longer than I expected. For the price, I just figured it would be a little easier to keep looking nice.

It feels okay overall, but I did notice the stitching is a bit uneven in a few spots. Not a total dealbreaker, just something that caught my eye when I was looking it over. I’m probably pickier about that kind of thing than most people, kind of like how I always notice crooked picture frames at restaurants for no reason. The craft quality is fine, but I do think the stitching could be neater...

I ordered from Truffle because the way it was presented made it seem like it would be a premium experience and actually worth paying extra for. But once it arrived, I was kind of disappointed. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not nearly as impressive as I expected, especially for the price.

The checkout total also felt higher than what I had in mind once shipping and extra costs were added. It felt like the promises didn’t really match the reality. Maybe others won’t care as much, but for me the value just wasn’t there, and I’d definitely compare more options before buying again.

The package arrived looking beat up, like it had been through a lot?? The packaging was ripped open and some of the stuff had fallen out, so I’m not really sure what happened during delivery

I didn’t expect the return process to be such a headache, but it ended up taking way more time and effort than it should have. I was just trying to send my item back, which I figured would be straightforward, but the instructions weren’t very clear and I kept feeling like I was missing some step. I emailed support thinking they’d clarify things, but then I waited several days and still didn’t get a clear answer, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

I also looked into the exchange option, hoping maybe that would be easier, but it really wasn’t much better. I felt like I had to keep following up just to get any kind of response, and even then it didn’t seem like anyone had actually looked into my specific case. At a certain point, it felt like I was putting in way too much work for something that should be a normal part of shopping online. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously improve how they handle returns and exchanges

I wasn’t really happy with this. The zipper keeps getting stuck in a annoying way, and it feels like it could break after using it only a few times. The hardware also looks cheaper in person than I thought it would. For the price, I was expecting it to be more better quality. I don’t think I would buy this again

I’ve been trying to order a couple of things, but every time I check, the items I want are already sold out. I even signed up for restock alerts and somehow still missed them, which is frustrating. I just wish the site gave a clearer idea of availability or some reassurance that the items are actually coming back soon.
